Get some extra large po...Double point needles, yes. Get some extra large point protectors or some tiny rubberbands. Even small round stitch markers work. I have use them all. They work like a charm. I use them on just one side and all 4 or 5 needles can be shoved into one protector. I bought a set like that last spring when I couldn't get anything longer in the square needles I'm now in love with, and they are fantastic especially in busy places and a crowded bag! So compact.
