I haven't a hope

It took I think two hours just to get this much done last night (after I ripped out the dog's breakfast of an earlier version - too many rhinestones, as my writing mentor would say):


Also, I don't have rust-free pins or a blocking mat, and as it turns out it's going to be pretty warm on Saturday to be wearing a shawl anyway.

Still...

I never could resist a deadline...

It'll be gorgeous, whenever you get it done. But I would suggest rust-free pins, unless red-brown spots work nicely into the color scheme...

H'mmm, I hadn't thought of introducing rust as a deliberate design point, but it would probably look cool with this yarn! My actual plan is to use no pins at all, and hope a lot ;^)
