Last-Minute Lace Yoga Socks - a free pattern
These socks were born of the following ingredients:
a/ the discovery that my dear friend/trainer Carol's birthday was a few days away
b/ the fact that (in spite of her tight schedule) Carol had just made house calls to me for six weeks during a family crisis to help me keep it together
c/ my complete lack of shopping time and slightly larger amount of knitting time
d/ the beautiful pink Mirasol Nuna residing in my stash
and
e/ the memory of Carol mentioning her feet get cold during yoga.
I think they came together rather well, don't you?
They were crazy easy - I made them over two evenings in front of the TV but you could even do them on a bus.
And they wrap up so cute with a mini-size of Soak!

The socks are great, and the mini packet of soak is the perfect finishing touch!
How neat! Thanks for sharing!
I just finished making these for my eight-year-old granddaughter. Her feet are always cold at gymnastics -- my reason for making them. She received them today as a Valentine's gift. So pleased she was with them that she has requested that I knit her two gymnastic buddies each a pair.
Love the pattern and so easy to make.
Oh, I'm so glad to hear your granddaughter liked them! Carol says she wears hers around the house all the time, too :^)
I knit a pair for my ballerina friend. She loves them because they actually support her arches while she's dancing barefoot! Thanks for posting such a great pattern. :)
These are awesome looking. I don't use this kind of sock for yoga but I do love wearing them around the house, because I hate wearing shoes but get cold feet! Thanks for the pattern. :)
